Calling Joe in the New York office from the London office is as simple as dialing an extension. With its unique and powerfull web based call manager you even know if Joe is available to call before you dial!
It has all the features you would expect from a high end phone system including web base user interface for call control, auto attendant facility, multi user conferencing but without the high costs.
Administration
Intuitive and simple administration you control. The administrators web based console lets you configure every aspect of the telephone system, from adding users and assigning rights to auto attendant setup. The status area lets you see who is making calls and view a global history of calls and missed calls.
Call Manager
The web based call manager gives your users control over their calls and settings, favourites, shared address book and more. They can set up call forwarding, park and transfer calls, screen calls and setup multi user conferences all with the click of a mouse.
For those who prefer control through the phone the system also supports most of its feature through star '*' codes and the phones own transfer facility.
Automatic Call Fail Over
VoIP is a very resilient technology able to deliver high quality calls over the increasingly busy internet but no matter how resilient if you lose your internet connection you loose your calls which can be devastating to any business. That's why Net-Telco provide free automatic fail over configurable for every user so your calls can still reach you on either your land line or mobile.

£7.99 per user per month. Month to month contract. No setup charge. Price includes an £8.50 Net-Telco telephone number (01,02,02) of your choice.
Outgoing call rates can be found here. Call recording is 2p per minute on top of call rate.
